Category: Authority Data

Encyclopedic Video Game Online Communities grew over a long period, probably were undergoing massive crew changes as well as adaptions and improvements on their data models. Yet, due to the diversity both in attitude and background, the data models to be found are also diverse, sometime incomplete, even incorrect (in some parts). Normed data models and maps from platforms to these models are essential to allow investigation of various data resources under the same conditions as analysis tools are built to be operated with the normed (i.e. transformed/mapped) and not the acquired (original/raw) data.
